I started from the community, built a software company, ran an enterprise business unit. Today I lead content for the biggest tech community in Italy, and not just there: at Codemotion I turn ~600 talk submissions per edition into agendas that rooms of 2,000–3,000 developers trust, across Milan, Madrid and Rome, and I sit in technical presales with the sales team.
My edge is 15 years as a full-stack developer behind a non-developer role: I read technical content as a peer, talk to speakers and clients on their level, and know what matters to a technical audience. I have built programs from zero (a technical academy grown into its own business unit, 20+ custom learning paths) and run mature ones with international committees. Engineers, sales teams and speakers get the same straight answer from me.
