I started from the community, built a software company, ran an enterprise business unit. Today I lead content for the biggest tech community in Italy, and not just there.
15 years shipping software, the last six designing the programs around them. At Codemotion I turn ~600 talk submissions per edition into agendas the community trusts, across Milan, Madrid and Rome. Engineers, sales teams and speakers get the same straight answer from me.
I am the glue between tech, business and community. Code, sales rooms, conference stages and classrooms. Call it DevRel, developer programs, presales or program management, the job is the same: getting worlds that don't speak the same language to ship one thing together.

Shaped the event with the Docebo team: challenge design, rules, mentor selection. Then hosted from the stage through the non-Docebo moments. Two days, a packed room, and a keynote thread on FOBO, the fear of becoming obsolete in the age of AI.
